Our choice of quality ingredients, freshly made in-house sauces, and fine craftmanship make our food truly artisan. Our secret is not only in the sauce but also in the dough making process and special cheese varieties that give the "yumm" effect.
Fresh, whole tomatoes are pulverized and churned with olive oil, herbs, and in-house seasoning then slowly simmered for hours to get the perfect hint of tangy, sweet, and earthy sauce.
The perfect ratio of ingredients is mixed every day to create our version of our customers' preferred traditional crust … somewhere between a thin/brick oven crust, and a typical deep dish. This blend gives each slice enough weight and doughiness to keep from “flopping” and retains that crispy outer shell to balance the cheesy goodness.
Whether it's our in-house marinara sauce or alfredo or marsala, the fresh ingredients along with finely chopped herbs, garlic, and lemon with a drizzle of olive oil crafted for our sauteed or baked pasta remain the cornerstone of our delicious offerings.

World faced crisis during Covid …and people rose to the occasion. Humanity tested. When people scared to get out of their homes for the sake of their lives, we did not buckle under pressure. We faced difficulties, yet stood up, cooked and delivered meals to bravehearts of New York.
We weeped to see the plight of humans in facing the unknown which came like a thunderbolt and threw so many lives in peril. Dreaded circumstances showed our true characters. The bravehearts of New York rose to serve, and we were committed to support them by providing them with food … we made pizzas and pastas in our kitchen and delivered them to hospitals, police precincts, fire houses, post office, banks and to the sanitation workers across Queens for 100 days continuous !
It's our spirit for service that guided us … we didn't work for glory, we worked to offer our services.
Yes, we risked our lives, but enjoyed serving about 12,000 meals FREE … making this a life worth living!
Covid brought us together. In a time of crisis, we stood united. We have once again become a community instead of each man for himself.
As our Covid service operation was phasing out in light of everything going back to normal, we reached out to help Covid testing center workers, residents at shelters and psychiatric patients and women and children at shelter homes.
Some operations are limited to Holiday seasons and some continue to be year-round… our perspective of human connection is that it is a means to propel purpose-driven individuals or organizations to a better tomorrow.
Our aim is to appreciate and foster friendship with diverse populations, as food brings people together.
